First one is Huntleya burtii (and a nice one, at that). Not to be confused with the similar H. meleagris, which lacks the dark spots at the base of the petals and inhabits a different region. FYI, it's a pretty difficult plant to handle in cultivation (they tend to be very temperamental and unpredictable).
