YAAY!!! After a total of around 6 hours of work, the blog has all of my 'chids up on it! Now I want something to happen so I can put it on there!

A lot of great plants there, Cody, and they're looking really healthy too. I think your closet must be quite a bit bigger than mine! We'll be looking forward to lots of bloom photos with all that potential. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! The closet is 2'x5'. Yeah, thankfully everything I have is warmer growing, cause this summer I had some pretty warm temps in there (around 32*C with 70% RH) so they all enjoyed it.

Wow, I had completely forgotten that this thread had even existed!!!! Recently I have become a lot more active with my blog! Usually I would wait until something really major happened before posting pictures to the forum. However, I always enjoy seeing the growth progress of other people's orchids, and I love sharing the growth of mine, but I didn't want to start a new thread every time something new happens, and this enables me to more easily share what is going on. So, I have been using the blog to share updates with what is in spike, exciting growth, and other stuff of the sorts! I hope you enjoy my latest post!

Once again, after a long wait, a lot of stuff is going on and recorded in this update. Now that my phone works with Blogger mobile, I'll be making single picture posts more often instead of 15 picture posts once a month. Enjoy!

This last weekend my orchid society went to an out of town show, and even though I couldn't go, I was able to order three flasks of different Phalaenopsis hybrids. I'm pretty excited! I'll definitely update when I unflask, but I'll be doing them all at separate times, as they aren't all the same age. Oh, and while I'm talking about my orchid society, silken, if you see this, will we be getting any New Zealand sphagnum moss any time soon?

Three Phalaenopsis flasks!

Wow, I have been so quiet I don't even know if anyone here remembers me any more! Gosh has life been busy, and so much has changed, and there is something fun about sharing with other orchid growers! The link is in my signature, but here it is for easier access! Orchids In a Closet.

Also, as a side note, I started another blog just a few minutes ago called A Critical Satire. Pretty much this is just a place where I discuss my thoughts on the things that I observe in the world around me and the world I see through the internet. Since I absolutely love observing, talking, and discussing, I hope to see people's inputs on the topics (which will greatly vary) I discuss. I already have a load of things to put on there, but I need to pace myself lest I run out of things to talk about within the week!

Thanks! I feel so guilty for withdrawing into the shadows from the forum that really set me on the path that I am on now and from which I learnt so much from. Even from just a few months of not being around, there seems to be a lot of new usernames I see floating around. But, if I'm going to be 'publicising' myself here, I think it's only fair I begin contributing back here and sharing what I've learnt from here and others.
