That looks great Paul. Having never grown a Hoya....is it fragrant?
When I was much younger a neighbor had a Hoya with ivory flowers which used to literally drip with nectar. Don't know the species or anything, but it was pretty neat.

Really pretty, love that colour!
Dave, if it's anything like my white Hoya it's very strongly fragrant. Sweet almost overpowering honey smell.

It's unfortunate that certain hoyas have an...unpleasant smell to certain people. I have a Hoya carnosa that my dad and brother love and my mom can't stand the smell. That one's really a sticky mess when it blooms, too.
So far my favorite hoya is multiflora. No fragrance, but no nectar either. It's a shrub instead of a vine and the flowers last a long time, too. I also have a hybrid I think is Minibell, a small rooted cutting of curtisii, and cuttings I'm trying to root of lacunosa and lanceolata (formerly bella)

That is lovely! Wish I could find one like it. I got one this summer that was ok smelling during the day, but at night it REALLY went overboard. I just recently got into hoyas and I am on the lookout for new pretty ones.

I had not really thought about it but you are right, it's at night that it goes overboard on the fragrance.
