Yes, though it says that some leaves may remain through the dormant period.

The main thing is that the white hairs remain for at least a couple of years on old canes.... gives it a really cool 'old man's beard' sort of look!

I hope you get one soon!!

Just found one on line at Andy's Orchids. It's mine and will be here Friday! Thanks for the heads-up.

Mua-ha-ha-ha!! Another conquest!

Do you have any other Dendros? This is my first one....

I'm so happy you found one, now we can compare notes. Some sources say that this is a tricky one.

Though any Dendro would be a learning experience for me might as well be a really cute one!

I have one of these, got it from a friend when I was adopting the 'chids he could no longer care for...haven't had it bloom yet and for a while it did nothing. I moved it around for a while and have found that it likes high light, not quite Cattleya light...maybe just a notch under that level. Seems to be doing better

Being in Florida, I don't really pay too much attention to humidity levels...it's always high!

The leaves didn't all fall off.
For my Dens that require a winter rest, I move them all to an area where they stop getting watered and fed starting around Nov 1, then until late Feb/early March they just get a slight barely-there mist once every 2 or 3 weeks.
In March, I put them back in their original areas and start feeding and watering again.

Very nice plants, I really like the Den with the hair, it has a graceful growing habit too.
