The specimen is a Pterostylis. It was named as a species but its thought to be a hybrid.

I wasn't going to mention it but as you brought it up, it's Pterostylis Nodding Grace, not curta. Unfortunately, these types of orchids are mainly spread around as dormant tubers by private growers so you can get mis-ID'ed species floating around in cultivation.
Exactly right Andrew, I think someone passed on the right name to the owner. To be honest, I wouldn't know one from the other in these. I like to see them grown well and in the wild.
