Trip to an Orchid Nursery tomorrow - Orchid Board

I am heading down to south (driving ~ 1 1/2 hrs) to visit an orchids nursery tomorrow. Not only is it having a Summer sales, but also I am looking forward to meeting Terri ( quiltergal ) there.

Did I mention that tomorrow is 15th of the month, which is a pay day????

Oooh! I was much naughtier than you! I bought Paph. William Ambler, Phrag. Belle Hougue Point, Phal. lueddemanniana, and Paph. druryi. Thanks so much for the division of Gloria Nagel. Did your friend buy anything? You like those difficult to bloom Roth crosses don't you?

It was fun meeting you too. I wish I could have stayed longer. The dogs were happy I made it home in time to feed them dinner! BTW, I had to sing on the way home to stay awake!

Didn't you see the Delrosi was in bud? Or, almost.

Hoping the delenatii being a pod parent would be easier to bloom.

As for my friend? He does not have any problem buying more than 5 plants. Since I walked around the bulbs benches so often, I almost got one or two of them.

We had a good time there.

As we were driving back to Portland, we got stuck with the Friday traffic jam. Had we left 30 min earlier, we would have arrived much sooner.

I did see it.

I had a Paph. Pink Sky which has a very similar background and all it ever did was grow leaves. I finally just sold it. I'm not as patient as you! LOL
