The answer is Cattleya for everyone. It should work and it is case sensitive.

I found it is very user 'unfriendly.'

I wish they changed the security question options like 'What is your mother's maiden name?' or 'What are your afraid of most?'

yes, I like the father's middle name - something I can remember, but very few other people would know

If you emailed them, Molly, they'll get back to you eventually. That site has been a mess for the past couple of months, since I joined. I'm not overly impressed with the AOS forum either. You ask a question there and you can usually hear the crickets singing and see the tumbleweed going by...not the most active board around!!
