We mods try to delete and perm ban all these people but we need admins to perm ban anyone who has not posted a message yet but is obviously a spammer.

I like that. It really is bad last days. I banned so many that I lost count.

It's been getting worse lately. Nearly every day, roughly 9am ->1pm here, there is always someone posting. Any chance we can do some sort of IP address ban? If not, a key word ban would be fantastic, but I dont know what kind of software/coding this would take, or if it would be even possible.

I was totally agreeing, and subtly trying to "broach" the subject... Just really to see if it was even feasible with the current website setup.

I am not a Mod . but it is spam.. imho I would ban them ..
They were registering 3 and 4 at a time last night every time I come here there are several spam posts . Today 8 from the same creep .. last night multi spam posts there has to be a way to stop some of it ... this is ridculous ..

Thing that is odd not all of the spammers registering are posting , so what are they doing ? I have my thoughts on that, maybe using the server to send spam ?

how can you tell they're spammers? Their name?

sometimes you can notice it by the strange things they write in their account, or a strange signature.

I like the ones that post a non-Canadian location and then choose a Canadian flag.
