Orchids in Germany?

I got this email from a local orchid society member. Perhaps someone can help out? Thank you!

>> I'm asking if any one knows if there are any orchid groups I should visit or how to find out about such groups. I'll be about 2 hours from Frankfort. I thought it would be cool to see how they do things, and to see the types of plants they grow while I'm there.
