Default changing the password

Hi Guys,
I need advice about procedures to chnge my password,can some one tell me how to do that.

Veekay if you go to the top of the page right next to where is says Log in you'll see Forum Menu and then User CP. Click on User CP and then go to where you see Control Panel go down to the third box and you'll find where it says Edit Mail and Password. You should be able to change it right there.
