I'm waiting for the first glow-in-the-dark orchids using GFP... they've done it with fish and mice.

OOOHHH Glow in the Dark Orchids!

...I still think orchids are perfect when they're all-natural. No need to fix what ain't broke.

I think that the dendrobiums look aweful. Not only are the flowers colored in these but the dye is all over the canes and the leaves. It's an eye sore.

Well, on the positive side, it would be a nice smelling night light....if you used the right orchid. Use a bulbo, and you'll have one weird, smelly night light!! It's still something that I really think is beyond the pale when it comes to taste, but there's no accounting for taste. And, it seems, no logic when it comes to what sells, right?!?

Rolando,
I fear it's not applied, but fed into the plant. This makes it seem more "Frankenstein" like to me.
