I just sent an email to one of my best friends living in DC, hopefully she's have some ideas for housing for you. what are the approximate dates for the internship?
Too bad my trip to the US wasn't this summer, I would have asked you to get me into the orchid greenhouses!

Evan,
I hope you have a great internship. I just did one for a few weeks in Ecuador, and it was fantastic. The society there (National Capital) is well organized and friendly. I don't know if they meet over the summer, but if they do, it would be worthwhile to attend.
