Good to hear from you Maria. Hope you get some relief soon.

My Dad is being successful in controling RA with his diet. He avoids certain foods, but just as importantly it seems is making sure you DO eat certain other foods.

It doesn't sound like he's ever been as bad as you, but both he and my grandparents have all found the same diet has drastically reduced the symptoms.

I can try and find more details from him if you are interested. He got the info from a book, but I'm not sure what it was called so I would have to check.

I'm so sorry to hear about your health issues. Take good care of yourself. Getting well needs to be your top priority right now. My prayers and best wishes are with you. I want you to know that the Laelia anceps that you talked me into keeping and told me how to care for are in bud and will be blooming soon. I think about you every time I look at them. Get well soon.

I hope you get the RA under control soon. It can be VERY nasty.

We miss you here, but your priorities are set right.

Nice to hear from you again Maria!! Hope you didn't hurt too bad to write us such a long post. Me too, I was wondering where you were. When someone who post as regularily as you do suddenly completely disappears for an extended period of time, we tend to get worried since our OB friends are sort of like extended family.

I hope your doctor quickly finds a treatment that works for you, and gives you relief from the pain.

It's just nice to see your face (avatar). Take care of yourself and your family, everything else is just gravy.
