Recommendation needed: Nursery in DC area which will deliver.

One of my friends here in London is moving back home to DC next week, and I'd love to get her a nice orchid to go back with. I would have given her one of my own older home-raised plants, but I don't think the US Customs would have appreciated that so much!
So, my thinking is that I get something delivered to her new home. Can anyone recommend anywhere? I need somewhere which will 1) deliver 2) take an order with a UK credit card for delivery within the US 3) goes without saying is reliable, and has a good selection of plants suitable for a beginner. (At the moment I think something Oncidium-like is a good plan or maybe a Cattleya hybrid) I think $30 including shipping is about my limit to spend on an orchid for someone who has never had one before!
Any suggestions, please let me know! (Also if you are suddenly struck with a genius idea for a particular plant!)
