Poor customer service is rampant and it is very unfortunate.
This is part of the reason why I always compliment good customer service when I receive it.
My business is constantly complimented for providing good service and the effect it has is wonderful on staff moral and attitude.
Similarly, and unfortunately, when you lose your cool over bad customer service, you lose the ability to be effective.
It is difficult, but you are seen as a crazy lunatic even though you may have a rightful gripe.
Calmly aquiring names and the names of supervisors can get you a quicker and overall less emotional solution.
My office manager has a wonderful way of dealing with people who give us bad service...every conversation she ends has them laughing and eating out of her hand.
The quickest path to resolution is not always the most therapeutic...but you are more likely to get what you need.
I hope everything works out <3

well we will know about 10 am today if It goes well

just absolutely unbelievable all of it...I did ask for a supervisor and got the customer service advocate. she was very nice and tried to get my stuff last night. She called me back and said the drop off facility wasn't answering the phone, so by 10 am today I should have my package. Maybe I can show off my new phrags in my new phrag tank thats sitting empty right now only missing the phrags :*(

So yes Im going to take it easy and go home and get some sleep...and wait
