Now I just need shade cloth, heater, fan (and electricitiy of course) and I neee benches.

But aside from all that I will soon be growing some intermediates all year round outside.

3.6m x 2.4m x 2.5m - twin wall polycarbonate which is 4mm thick on an aluminium frame. I have heard this is efficient but we'll see how it goes. Mainly Paphs and Phrags in this one......maybe one or two Bulbo's as well.
