How do you know your obsessed?

we all know we LOVE our plants but lately ive gone orchid crazy!!! I literally bought so many plants in the past few weeks that my bank blocked my account! there is also the fact that i ordered "orchid mcnuggets" today at mcds and the lady stared at me funny. then in november, im taking a week off of work just to splurge on cymbidiums at Santa Barbara Orchid Estate's open house hundreds of miles away.

so, how bad do YOU love your orchids? would you go rescue them before your dog should a fire break out, or would you spend hundreds to ensure that beloved specimen of paph winston churchill? lets see your crazy, orchidnut side

hmmm I used to love all things orchids but I'm trimming my love down to paphs and phrags..bec I find it hard to bring home plants and have them commit suicide to get away from me....obsessed yes I think so but even obsession has to have its limits ...

I choose between food and a plant sometimes. I think I can always get something to eat but cant find another plant like this

We've had an ongoing thread somewhere here called 'You know you're an orchid addict when...'

There are some really funny responces over there so it's worth a look.

I knew I was addicted when I started to refer to all my non-orchid plants as 'just ordinary plants'.
