And I agree, but it's all said and done now. I was refunded for the shipping and nothing more. In my head, since the problem was mostly shipping, needing a bigger box, and poor careless packaging, that is where my money was not properly used for what it was supposed to be used for... I have thought about asking for a complete refund, but I think they might learn from their mistake.

I doubt that very much, if they can get away with it once they will continue to do it. The only time things 'might' improve is if everyone of there customer base complained and they all asked for a full refund.
Then the little light bulb of intelligence might come on as they think' oh maybe we do need to improve the p&p'
As long as they can get away with scrimping so that they get more out of the deal they will.
I have had company's (and private sellers) refund the the difference when the P&P has not been as much as quoted, those are people I go back to.

i would demand a full refund. as stated above,, if they have any respect for their business, they will give you a refund. not just for the shipping. and, depending on what plants you got, with your refund you should be able to get healthy ones.

Thank you John. The seedlings are Aerides Odorata, and they seem to be a lot happier now, still yellow, but to my suprise the browned parts have now started to turn green!

Some of them wer impulse boughten, and if I were to choose which ones I am so broken hearted about, it would be the seedlings... I love the Aerides species, but I'm positive most will pull through.
