That's exactly why I hesitated in the first place, but I still regret not getting it. The one I was going to get was still quite small (30cm) and I figured that it would be a few years until size got to be a problem, but still, big plants need a lot of space, and hauling it to the sink for a soak would be a problem!

Ok, so here are the links for four of my eight purchases. I'll post the rest tomorrow as it's late here now.

Cypripedium reginae
Paphiopedilum Pinocchio
Encyclia cochleata 'Green Giant'

Certainly was a great day. I'm loving the pics!

In the process of sorting the album, though not sure we got as good a shots as Rosie and Nicky.

Here's the link to the forming album.

(EDIT: Link removed due to problems with album, may return one day but for now you'll just have to cope with the wonderful pictures from Rosie and Nicky! )

Bizarre thing happened though when we got home... Hubby suggested turning the old fire place into an Orchid hub Not sure if he was joking!? Another future addict maybe

Last edited by Triffid; 08-04-2010 at 08:22 AM.. Reason: Album troubles. Think it's sorted, but not risking it.

Are any of you going to the Peterborough International Orchid Show June 18-20th? It's supposed to be the largest orchid show in the UK. I think that New World Orchids is going to be there again, and in that case it would be nice if someone could pick up a Sedirea japonica and maybe a Neo for me...

Yes, I'm thinking about it, Camille, just depends on the weather and the state of my children - simon is due home from uni on 12th and may need lifts to and from work if he gets a shift job quickly. Any one needing info will find it at http://www.peterboroughinternationalorchidshow.org.uk
Regards

Heather

I noticed that, but I see the problem. Somehow some letters added themselves after the www. and at the very end and is causing the problem. If you remove them it should work.
