Record keeping techniques

I've been using a simple 3 x 5 card file since 1985 and I still find it very convenient. Many growers like to computerize things but I have my card file in my orchid room -- the computer is not! I have a card for every plant where I can note the vendor, price, bloom dates and potting dates, culture notes, etc. Works well for me!
