Here is an interesting read in regards to the brown anole invasion, and subsequent dispersing of the green anole.

What I forgot to add is basically the brown anole has been proven to prey on the young green anole.

Thanks got ants for the interesting and informative site. Yikes! we have them here, too, apparently. I'll have to keep on the lookout for them and lead my cat to any individuals I find. She loves to eat anoles.
