Paph. Pinocchio (currently blooming, sending up 2nd spike)
Paph. liemianum

Phal. Mini Mark 'Holm'
Phal. Brother Sara Gold
Phrag. Jason Fisher
Pot. Hoku Gem 'Freckles'

Don't you just love this time of year? Every week there's something new!

I have a small collection, so my list isn't that extensive.

Currently in spike or bud:

Galeopetalum Giant "Rhein Moonlight"
Pescatorea lehmannii
Dendrobium Burana Stripe
Vanda Mimi Palmer x V. coerulea (I bought this one in bud...I sure hope I can make it rebloom)

That's it at the moment. My cattleya should be blooming through the winter, and the rest of my plants should be blooming this upcoming spring and summer.

Bulbo. rothschildianum 'Henry Scardefield' (I've been waiting over a year for this and now, finally...a spike. The blooms are spectacular and huge)

Bc Maikai - 1st spike just opened this past week, 10 spikes, total. (Edit: After this came crashing down last night, right after I posted this, it's now 9 spikes. )

Paph. Raisen Pie

Phal. Dend (NoID)

That's all, so far.

None, of my Phals are spiking just now Not sure why because the house temps have dropped. I've noticed several have new leaves starting though.

I do have my Den. Polar Fire in spike just now. The buds are growing every day.

I also do have four NoID Phals in flower that I bought that way not long ago.

Looks like it Phal season! Mine spiked early this year, most started in early october. I have nearly every single phal I own in spike. The few that aren't are either too young or are spring blooming species. My windowsill is going to look amazing in around x-mas!

Here's what I have in spike or bloom:

In Bloom:
Oncidium Yellow Spring
Beallara Peggy Ruth Carpenter ‘Morning Joy’ (blooms are fading now)
Phal equestris (2 plants, blooming since June)
Dendrobium NOID
Miltonia NOID (also fading)
Phalaenopsis Purple Gem var coerulea (also fading)
Phal NOID, fragrant yellow
Phal NOID schilleriana hybrid
Phal Pink Panther (in bloom since early December ’08)

In spike:

Phal Pink Panther (same one as above in the blooming list, but it’s spiking again as well! And also growing a leaf at the same time.)
Phal Brother Spring Dancer (main plant)
Phal Brother Spring Dancer (ex-keiki, 2 spikes)
Phal NOID that looks like Brother Sara Gold
Phal Wiganae (stuartiana x schilleriana)
Phal Mini Mark (3 spikes)
Phal equestris ‘orange’ keiki
Cymbidium NOID (pink and white blooms)
Leptotes bicolor
Masdevallia bicolour
Sophronitis cernua
Haraella odorata
Phal NOID yellow multiflora
Phal NOID harlequin
Phal NOID pink
Doritis pulcherrima ‘minor’

It would be easier to answer if you asked what isn't spiking :-)

Currently spiking to my surprise: Vanda (Trudelia) cristata!!!
Vanda NOID
Haraella odorata
Oncidium NOID 2 x (resemble Sweet Sugar)
Den. Phalaenopsis flowering and spiking, even with three spikes on one cane woooooow
2 Other Den. Phalaenopsis, both NOID
Phal. Pink Panther (in flower and new spike)
Den. nobile hybrid
Dendrobium NOID, prolly delicatum 2x
Dendrobium kingianum 2x
Dendrobium Berry Oda
Jewel orchid
Odontia Boussole Blanche

Paphiopedilum NOID

and all except 1 Phal's that grow under lights, I could list them but most are NOID's or plants with traders names like Anthura.

Nicole
