LOL! not at all! I am very excited! Not blooming yet, but found the three spikes in the last week. I am totally new to this kind of plant, so despite reading how easy it is supposed to be, I have been wondering if I was keeping the plant happy

Thumbs up

Okay here's my list.

Ascda Kun Nok Nathakuhn (huge spike with over 11 buds)

Den NOID (Phal kind 2 spikes)
Max reichenheimiana (3 spikes)
Phal NOID
Dtps (I can't remember the name)
Burr Stefan Isler (1 spike) - this guy had the worst case of scale so I'm glad he's decided to join the party.

Haraella retrocalla (spiking AGAIN!)

And I can see 2 itty bitty sheathlets on my Mau Queen Adelia 'Kiilani'

Oh and I just noticed that I have 3 upcoming flasks from Troys!!!

Vanessa, I found the secret for my lotax's was distilled water, keep them fairly damp to wet, as cool as possible, lots of air movement and not too strong light. Mine started in 3" pot of pure sphagnum and I have divided it twice and is now 3 pots. Not all the spikes develop for me. I have noticed that for a week after fertilizing any developing spikes just dry up. Then once back to distilled/ro water, the remaining spikes take off. Hope this helps.

Thanks, again, Ross. I have an RO system in the house. Maybe it's time for the two dracs I have to move into a terrarium inside... These two have survived me b/c of you
Get up and around, soon!
