Mike, it was a yearly auction, meaning just once a year. I didn't know of it until my SIL literally popped it on me just a half an hour beforehand.

There's another auction coming up soon in Miama....

btw, do you belong to the the Miramar club? It's just walking distance from your house, and I grew up down the street (Miramar Isles)
