One of my "Birthday "presents bloomed. I've only had it since the 30th of April when I got it as a consolation gift & mounted it. I love it.

Oh Lorraine, I don't know how I missed this thread before. Happy birthday and may I say, great choices! That Bc sounds like a really cool cross. I'm looking forward to seeing pics of that one. Tell the Hubster we said "nice job."

I forgot to post this special guy who bloomed shortly after getting him. Bc St Andre (C dowiana v. aurea x B nodosa'Susan Fuchs' FCC/AOS) Both spikes opened and are equally as beautiful.

What do you think Royal?? It's almost as big as my hand !
