Just got back from Sand Diego Orchid Show - Part 1

I left Portland on Thursday for San Diego and just got back. The weather was so nice with mid to upper 60 degree. Now I am in Portland. It is raining and COLD.

I had a great time there. There are many Austrarian dedrobiums with hefty prices, $30 to $500. The entire room was filled with the scent. It was a bit overwhelming.

Awesome pictures! Looks like all the vandas were in San Diego! They sure weren't in San Francisco for the Pacific Expo.

Can you read the name on the vanda on the bottom row, first pic? It is such a great blend of colors. I would love to know what it is but I can't read the name. I love that one and also the phal in that row.

Nichole, when you said that you did not see many Vandas in San Francisco, I was a bit worried. Glad they were in S.D. I was like a kid in a candy store.

Marily, let me see...... The Vanda is, I think, V. Keeree's(?) Delight x V. Taveesuksa. And the phal is Yuko Ohkusa x violacea.
