GHOST'S WITH SPIKES THIS YEAR
Heres what I have as in new shoots and maybe flowering GHOST ORCHIDS not to mention new ones coming GOD wanting

May thru Aug. is there best time but have seen earlier and the super ghost at Corkscrew swamp bloomed in Oct. Soooo
around 2 month from beginning spike to flower

these are the 1st the park bioligist says these seem like there going to flower in april once they open trust me you Orchid Fanatics will see them all,,,,at least the ones I can take pictures of. The strand is to huge to get them all when they're in all there GLORY

Holy Crap! I seen this one on Jan. 18th 09. It should be ready to bloom if not it may already be in flower. Just might have to play hookie this weekend.

I feel as though we have our very own local news reporter, trudging through the swamps to give us the latest updates on the Ghosts! I love this! Thanks so much Mike. Just an awesome, diverse group here! This is like getting a front row seat to a great event!

Sandy it was tough being in that swamp by myself when the water was up to my chest its a whole lot better NOW the waters are practically gone its almost perfect to walk in except for the Large snakes that are now sun bathing because winter is behind us and the water is almost all gone,,,These huge snakes must feel like there at our local beach down here in south FLORIDA
