Glad you liked the pics, folks! Guess I should mention that the 3 no-namers that many of you have admired ... are made out of clay. They're hand made using some kind of clay that doesn't need firing. The woman who makes these does excellant work, doesn't she? She had a number of very nicely rendered pieces on her show table. Her prices weren't cheap, but can't argue with the craftsmanship. She'll even try to create a piece mimicing you're favorite flower though I hav no idea how long such a piece would take to create. Some sadistic bugger gave her a Den spectabile flower to duplicate LOL
And yes, weak-willed wimp that I am, I bought more chids than I had planned on. Sigh ... the shame! I take pics and show them in a separate post.

The Paph Screaming Eagle was so nice it was awarded an FCC/AOS of 90 points. It was exhibited by Sam Tsui of Orchid Inn.
And no, I didn't get to judge it... Grrrr

Oops. I mislead you. The Paph Screaming Eagle was not the FCC/AOS plant. There was an Paph. Angel Hair that got the FCC. My bad... Screaming Eagle was nice too.
