I love mine, got it a few days ago!

I was not thrilled with so much of the tape being wasted, no matter how narrow I set the margins so...

came up with a tape-saving idea!

Type up the name of one plant, then hit the SPACE button 4 or 5 times, then type the next name and so on and so on

I've been able to fit 3 or 4 on one label and then just cut them apart after one long strip is printed

There is a limit as to the number of characters the machine will accept.

Keep in mind this won't work if you're doing two-line labels, the second line will line up at the left margin rather than under the name where it belongs

Sue, thanks for the hint. I hate wasting that expensive tape. Don't you just love the quality of the labels? They never fade or peel off. - -Marilyn

I really do love it! It's giving me the incentive to do a project I have been putting off for 2 years. I am hanging new name tags directly on each plant. If we get one of our big windy storms and some plants come out of their pots, it would be better if the plant itself was labeled, rather than the label being stuck down in the pot

I just couldn't accept wasting so much of the tape on each side of the name printed
