Default New plants...

I ordered a Kefersteinia tolimensis, still a year or so from blooming but cute, cute, cute and the vendor included a bonus plant:

Ceratostylis rubra

This is the best picture I could find on the web, although mine did not come from Andy's...this time

Nice! You may have a hard time growing the Kefersteinia though, they are semi-epiphytes in somewhat cool climates (not too easy to grow in Florida without a coolhouse). Kefersteinia tolimensis, Kef. alba, and Kef. sanguinolenta have been the easiest species for me to grow. I have been working on this genus for some time now (argh)...

As for Ceratostylis rubra, these get out of control when they get esablished... it is an easy grower, and kicks out nice orange flowers up to 3 times per year... nice buys!
