COngratulations! It's a lot of fun. I am currently probationary (have been for just over 5 years) and hopefully will be promoted to a full judge in 2 weeks time.

It is a lot of time and work but I believe it's worth it.

Hey Bolero...good luck on your promotion! I'm sure that you will do fine. Hopefully I'll be where you are in a few...maybe more than a few...years.
