Smile My new 'chids!

Introducing my new 'chids that I got at Waldor Orchids in South Jersey this past weekend. I'm in love!

1) pot. Love Avenue 'Serenade' (BLC Waikiki Gold x SLC Rajah's Ruby) This is my first orchid in the catt family---wish me luck! Any tips, send them my way!

2) phal. I-Hsin Amy 'Chiayi' (Phal. Nobby's Amy x Phal. Freckled Cherub). This is a mini---the blossom is about 2 inches. And it has a basal keiki too!

Wow Annika! Very nice. I would have gotten those, too. I have Phal Nobby's Amy and it is a sturdy little plant (one of my favorites!). And the other is a mix of everything great! Beautiful colors and shape, nice leaves. Very nice plant. I want it! As a matter of fact I just put both of those on my wish list!

Thanks, Susie and Wanda---This is the first time I've posted photos and it's nice to know that someone enjoyed them! I'm loving these two for their colors.

Oh yeah, we love pics here! The flower close ups are great, but I'm glad you shot the whole plant too. Keep em coming!

You got eye openers there for sure! I especially like the phal. I saw one recently with the same coloring, but it was a standard sized phal. I didn't know that there were minis with such colors!
