I am flowering out seedlings from a SVO flask that I bought two years ago and the majority of the siblings look so similar (cookie cutter flowers I call them) one might think they are mericlones. If the cross number was visible in a photo, or if the parents of the hybrid were listed you have even more of a head start in your search.
There are a few eBay sellers that list cherry picked first bloom seedlings from SVO. Fred is a fantastic hybridizer, and if you dig into some of the hybrids he has produced recently, you will see a lot of gorgeous mini catts. Enough to probably make you forget about that particular flower. His crosses throw an almost freakish number of quality flowers. Maybe why I started buying flasks so I can bloom about fifty from each cross! Good luck!

Thank you for your reply. You are correct that this was an SVO hybrid. Unfortunately for me, Cosmic Future is probably one of the most variable crosses Fred has. I do also follow the Orchidgeek page, but this one wasn’t from there. I did actually find out who it belongs to, but they do not have any divisions and sold the whole plant. I have a thing for purple anther caps on red flowers.
