Shakkai, it is exactly the same situation with my Phal Pink Panther. Probably, it is just a commercial name for this hybrid, but am not sure about it. Yours is very similar to mine. Here a pic of it

Thanks, Ramón. If you ever get more info, I'd be interested in knowing more about it. (And I'll let you know if I ever find out anything more...) With the distinctive markings, I'd have thought it would be fairly easy guess at parentage, but I've not had much luck yet...

Hi Shakkai,

I do not know why I did not find it last time I checked in RHS. I tried today again, just for the fun of it, and founf that Phal. Pink Panther = Phal. Zondine Rose x Phal. Zauberrose.

Thank you Terri and Shakkai! I haven't quite figured out how to purchase chids that would thrive in my zone...INSTEAD...I'm drawn to the unique (mostly) odd plants...

And you were right about those pots! I've saved the site in my favs and I'm already counting out the pennies in my piggy bank!!!
