Welcome to the Orchid Board!
Most Phals are mass produced in Asia in huge batches of the same variety. Retailers in the US sell them. A variety will be available for a while until the batch is sold out. The mass producers move on to other varieties. The previous varieties become hard to find.
The Internet put most local orchid shops out of business. Your best chance is looking for it on the Internet.
The cross is known as Phalaenopsis Ever Spring Prince. Seedlings are similar but different from each other like children in a family. A grower may give a clone name to ones that are better. The clone name is enclosed in single quotes.
In this case I looked online and found some with the word black in the name. I found photos of Phalaenopsis Ever Spring Prince 'Black Face' and Phalaenopsis Ever Spring Prince 'Black Butterfly' at this site:

Try looking online, using the names exactly as I wrote them.
