unknowns #2 and #3

Since you guys were so great at IDing the last unknown I posted. I've found 2 more.

One is growing in a pot that I had set aside last year and I have no idea what it could be. Has little bluish flowers, the whole plant is maybe 2 inches across. Looks pretty neat.

The second one I found in the alley behind my house, it looks like it was potted at one point because it had some perlite near it, but was thrown in the alley for some reason?! So I grabbed it and threw it in a spare pot to see what happened. It's some kind of tuber, and the leaves look really cool, so do the flower buds. They look like they are about to burst, so maybe when it opens I'll be able to tell for sure what it is.

Anyone have a clue?
