For heaven's sake don't make your hobby over complicated. Orchids are plants so just keep it simple and follow your heart. Just ask yourself, do you have computer systems magaging each genus of plant in your garden or house...... so what is different about orchids? Just enjoy.

It doesn't work that way. You need to look at your plants frequently (daily) and give each what it needs that day.

Anyway, an Excel spreadsheet might be enough.

I couldn't find the ebay listing from just the number, probably due to the different countries.
I do know that on ebay Australia there is a guy who creates programs for any number of collections, from stamps to coins and also includes a one for orchids.
New 2020 Version Orchid Collector Database Professional Software | eBay
On the other hand I know of a grower who uses a whiteboard to keep track of ferts.
I use a spreadsheet, I've set it up to record the information I want in an easily accessed form.

As Estacion says, orchids don't work that way. Every one is an individual. It is all about understanding the plant needs and environment and treating accordingly. OK, those vast commercial glasshouses have major controlling systems for specific growing areas with programmed growing patterns, but hobby collections need much more individual knowledge, observation and attention. I have +/- 800 and not a software in sight so 50 should be well manageable. They demand TIME and attention for whatever circumstances crop up, not just according to some strict timetable.
Maybe you need to think through exactly what you think you would want or get from software. Just remember that to-day's digital age does not fit all!
