I meant I wouldn't buy more orchids online
or something like that...
But our next 2 OS meetings are having guest speakers come who will have mini phals for this month and next month's guest will speak on minis and bring plants for sale. If we preorder, we get 15% off.
This month is Carrie Raven-Reimann, owner of the Orchid-Phile (wholesale only), Connecticut : Multifloral Mini Phalaenopsis - care and culture. Plants will be offered for sale.
I will go with an open mind and a bit of money LOL.
Next month is http://www.jlorchids.com/index.htm and I'm thinking of preordering Lepanthes calodictyon - they have a beautiful picture on the website. I love beautiful foliage - maybe because flowers happen so rarely to me, that pretty leaves make it worthwhile.
Do they have anything else I should consider buying?

Limit yourself to cash! *grin*
I don't know that mini-phals would tempt me, but I can see where some people would like them.
Be careful with J&L, they have too many things to tempt you with. I swore I would never get hooked on pleurothallids, and now I have 10 different Acronia species (used to be Pleurothallis), just because Lynn (pleurothallids.com Lynn) told me that the common name of them was 'frog orchids'. Plus a half dozen species of pleurothallid that are still pleurothallis. Plus some damn masdevallias (which are destined to be divided into something like 12 new genera now). Now she has me hooked, and I had to join the Pleurothallid alliance... I'm serious, don't start buying pleurothallids, there is no end to them.
