A thought... given that you can't increase the light... everything is a balance... have you tried cutting back on the fertilizer? Like maybe half? "Bloom booster" fertilizer doesn't do anything special, other than reducing nitrogen. Which you can accomplish a whole lot more easily by simply using a lower concentration and/or less often and not messing with the balance of nutrients.

After discussing this with a well-known commercial producer of my target orchid types I scarcely fertilise my orchids at all.

So far no change in growth rate, either.
