A nice video link ------ while I don't quite agree with foliar fertilising heheheh ....... this clip is shared by Australian Broadcasting Corp (ABC, yes! We have an ABC too!).

The nursery is one in Australia - in Brisbane.

Not sure if overseas can access this one. Hopefully accessable.

“Todd’s Top Tips” are entirely too focused on his conditions, and due to some really bad parts, leave a lot to be desired.

I agree with you Ray heheh. Their idea of 'bomb/bullet-proof' is more like fantastic in-the-wild orchid habitat conditions.

The back-ground music is quite nice and relaxing. I've been to that nursery once - a couple of years ago. Pretty big ------ but probably not anywhere as big as those ones that you have over there in USA!

In the clip, Todd said the orchid pot holes are for air exchange or something - and not for drainage. I disagree with that heheh. The holes are for both drainage and air-movement. Inter-linked.
