With me, it's not the space so much as the TIME!!!!!! Everyday I haul to the sink! I was looking for buys online this morning. Somebody knock some sense into me, will ya?????

why not get a five gallon bucket with some egg crate to lay over the top that way you just have to make a couple trips to empty it, rather than a hundred trips to the sink. just use a pump sprayer or a watering can. a friend of mine was doing the trips to the sink thing and his wife "accidently" rinsed off a plate while he was heading back to get a few more plants. well she left the water on HOT and he came back and forgot to check the temp before sticking the plant under it. poor little Epidendrum never saw it coming. scaleded the roots right off him.

nah, reggie had the tap water running while he toted orchids back and forth from the sink. the mrs' just adjusted his temp while he was out of the room. i learned the hard way not to reuse orchid water. really messed up my first two phals. one is still having issues. the other went to chid heaven. so now i have about a hundred house plants that get my recycled orchid water. and let me tell you, my violets have never NEVER looked so good as they do now! they seem to agree with the MSU
