Pseudobulb Growth/Formation?

I got this Onc Heaven's Scent in March(ish) and after the flowers died off, 3 new growths started sprouting out almost immediately after. They've grown quite a bit but they seem a bit stalled in their growth now. The pseudobulb hasn't formed on any of them even though the length of the leaves are bigger the fully formed pb's.

The leaves also look a bit different than those on the mature pseudobulbs (way more leaves than the typical 3 on the mature bulbs - 2 on the sides and one atop the bulb).

She's my first onc so I don't even know what they look like as they're growing/maturing so any advice/guidance would be great!

That plant looks perfectly healthy to me!

The pseudobulbs will form within those lower leaves, which will eventually be sloughed-off, revealing them.

Keep up a regular watering and (very light) feeding regimen, and they'll be fine.

Is there any way to sort of speed up the process, sort of like trying to induce flowering on a phal? More light? Heavier waterings?
