Miltoniopsis Breeding "Help"
Hi All from down under in New Zealand.
Down in this part of the world we appear to be starved of the latest in Miltoniopsis (Mps) breeding. In part this is due to there being very few hobby growers with this genus in their respective collections and at this stage only three commercial nurseries supplying the pot flower market mainly in the countries largest city.
We have just established a group of Mps growers within NZ that are keen to develop this genus further. So we are looking for contacts as well as possible suppliers of Flasks as plants due to bio restrictions are extremely difficult to bring into NZ. We are also on the verg of establishing a Mps pollen bank to see what we can develop. Looking forward to any feedback.
