Well, everyone here knows I'm fairly new to the hobby, but FWIW, I'll throw this out there. I went to a few different orchid shows here in Michigan this year and saw a cute hybrid called Oncidiota Hula Halau 'Volcano Queen.' (Hope I got that name right.) It's not as small as a Twinkle, but is supposed to be fairly compact. I'm kicking myself for not buying one. It now resides on my list of orchids I would like to have.

Thank you. I was saw that when I was researching. I wondered if anyone had experience with a particular hybrid that they liked.

Your opinion is as valid as anyone elses. I do have that particular plant. It has grown well but not bloomed yet.

Oncidium pumilum
Oncidium trulliferum
Oncidium heteranthum
Oncidium sotoanum (aka Oncidium ornithorhynchum)
Oncidium cheirophorum
Gomesa kautskyi
Gomesa alipina
Gomesa recurva
Gomesa crispa
These are all small and they should be pretty easy to grow.
The following hybrid is small and blooms a lot:
Onc Twinkle 'Fragrance Fantasy' = (Onc cheirophorum x Oncidium sotoanum)
It is also easy to find. They're everywhere.

You're late to the party Phillip, but I made note of your suggestions. Thanks a bunch.

Didn't notice the date.
Oh well.
Yeah, you can check out the plants I suggested, and see what you're gonna get when you go on your next purchase if you choose to go for some small Oncs later.
