I bought this in bloom last year at the New England Summer Orchid Fest. It called to me from across the room and when I told the vendor, Piping Rock, that I just had to have it, they gave me a little discount which was very gracious considering I was going to buy it anyway.
I wish I had been able to wait until all the buds had opened, but since this is one of my few big orchids, I really needed to be able to take it outside to photograph. We finally had a nice warm day today (72f!), but it's going to drop back down into the high 40's and 50's soon. So, I figured I would do it today.
It has a nice, faint frangrance that I often associate with Oncidium types, not totally dissimilar to that of petunias.

Hope you've enjoyed
