Oncidium limminghei weird leaf

Hello everyone,

Anyone here is growing or familiar with oncidium limminghei?

I've had this for a few months. I have 2 new bulbs forming, one of which the leaf is not opening up? Like if it was stuck? Attached a picture. It's mounted on cork with sphagnum Moss, allowed to almost fully dry between watering. Regular water and fertilizer. About 1500 FC currently getting high temperature of 25 C (sunny days) or 21 C cold cloudy days with a night temp of 17 C. Humidity in the 55 you 70% range.

The bulb I attached a picture of had been growing since November. It seems fine except for the leaf. It's currently pushing out a bunch of roots.

I also noticed it doesn't have mottled foliage...?? Is that normal? From what I'm reading that species always has mottled leaves, but am reading that it develops this under high light..?
