Mauro, for this species, is there only one bloom on each spike? I have found some plant sold as Miltonia moreliana that have 2 flowers on each spike.

Pheli, there's always one flower on each spike. It is extremely rare that two flowers develop on the spike (I've seen this only one time on a large plant with many spikes, one of them had two flowers). If the plant commonly has two flowers on every spike you should consider the probability of it being a hybrid.

Thanks, Mauro.
Orchids which look similar mislabeled are not uncommon here, especially those from far away. As I know, Miltonia Anne Warne is a good example; it resembles Miltonia moreliana both in plant and flower but tends to have two flowers on each spike.
