Hello,

I purchased this tolumnia about six months ago in bloom. Since then it produced a rather flimsy flower spike and some washed-out looking blooms. I moved it into higher light and voila, some offshoots from the spike, which have bloomed in full glorious colour. This is what it looked like when I got it and I absolutely love it

It now has a new big fat spike that is getting ready to bloom. I will update when it does.

Very nice! I had one of these, and the color and spots seemed to vary with temps.

Beautiful! I would expect these to do best in full Toronto sun.

I thought before that it might have something to do with temps. I guess we have the air conditioner on now.

also unfortunately it does not get full Toronto sun, but it's in a north-facing window with one of these shining on it, which seems to make up for it:

Great colour, certainly looks like a lady in a dress.
