Lemboglossum ehrenbergii
Picked this up from Andy probably about a month or so ago, so can't take all the credit for the flower, but these are the first blooms on my watch!
Been kept in a terrarium with 80-85% rh, kept moist but not soggy. Mounted to what looks like a cedar slab and has had lots of nice root growth.

I believe this was still partially closed.
Not much changed as it opened all the way, except the lip unfurling a bit and the white sepals bending backwards.
