Noob question about emerging pseudobulbs

Hi everyone! I'm still new to the hobby, having purchased my first orchids around 3 months ago. I have two Oncidium type orchids, an Oncidium Sharry Baby and a no-id Bapticidium. The blooms are nearly gone on the both of them, and new growths are emerging.

I've noticed new growths coming from the middle of the pseudobulb cluster. My question is if I should take special considerations with these new pseudobulbs, since they look a bit cramped. Will they just push the other bulbs out of the way, or will something else happen?

There's really nothing you can do or need to do. Sometimes a crowded growth will elongated a bit before the pseudobulb develops, to give it some room. Others will just be crowded, but it does no harm.
